Architecture

Our School of Architecture does not believe in “Designing” Architecture as a Design Product but believes that Architecture is a “Conclusion of a Story” justified by the research, studies, analysis, environment, identity, the land, the Client needs, conception, sustainability, etc..”.

Product Design

Striving for Perfection, The Xavier Cartron Group has designers in its teams to develop Products ranging from door handles to monumental chandeliers and furniture. Consequently, this collaborates to our architectural or decoration projects and supporting its’ concept.
Thanks to the collaboration with major luxury brands, we have the Opportunity to develop our own ranges of tapestry and fabrics.

Engineering office for special project

Our inhouse Specialist Structural and MEP Engineers for Interior Design Works made all what was impossible by the Engineers possible.

Part of our commitment and the guarantee that we give to our Clients is not only the design but also “Engineering Products” (like Chandeliers, Tableware, etc.. … )

Project Management and Construction Management

Half of the story ends when the Design Document is completed but the other Half ends only when we see our design built. For that, we consider Management of a Project from Design Inception, through Construction Supervision and Construction Management until we Handover the key to our Client is an integral part of our service delivery.

Procurement

Through our network, we deliver the right quality FF&E within Client’s budget.
