The Project is located in the new town of Oyala and is a multipurpose performance facility. The government of Equatorial Guinea decided to set up a Conference Center in the middle of the forest in its administrative City. A contemporary building made from Concrete, Glass and wood, set on a large terrace and perforated with skylights and houses in its heart the large circular wooden room where all various functions start from. The Project Plot (entire site) areas is 10 Ha. Xavier Cartron had the privilege to be part of this prestigious project’s design where the Agency was commissioned to design all the Project Components.

Xavier Cartron Agency disposes of a modern and comprehensive its infrastructure for developing studies using AUTO-CAD software. The concept design images are developed in 3D. Some clients favour traditional design approach in their project, Consequently, Xavier Cartron offer them the opportunity of discovering the charm and sensitivity of hand-drawn perspectives, water colour elevations, redrawn and shaded motives. These projects are afterwards expressed in digital images in line with the actual modern communication techniques.
