The Private Palace Complex is developed on a 49,000 m² Plot with a built-up area exceeding 14,000 m².
The complex consists of several components including : Main Building, Children Building, Men’s Building, Tent Building, Family Building, Winter Men’s Diwanya, Winter Women’s Diwanya, Future Expansion for Two independent Sons Villas, Staff Block, Service Buildings.
Xavier Cartron Agency has been selected to design the noble parts of this complex representing a total area of about 10,000 m².
The whole project was designed in a resolutely contemporary style
with clean and slik lines. The main difficulty was to give a strong identity to
each of the spaces while keeping a warm and cozy spirit.

These projects are afterwards expressed in digital images in line with the actual modern communication techniques.
